New to the Redwood Family

We signed the papers on our 2021 4001lk in March and finally got to take it home last weekend, June 6. There was an issue with the kitchen slide, plus we had them install a generator and getting parts was a nightmare! While we were transferring everything over the bedroom AC heatpump quit working and then the kitchen AC quit cooling. The kitchen was a quick fix, the thermostat had not been placed in the coils from the factory and it froze up, working great now. Still waiting on parts for the bedroom AC. The dealer has been great though and really worked hard to take care of the issues. We are getting adjusted and really enjoying the new rig even with the setbacks. We full time and are currently camphosting at Live Oak Landing in Bay Minette Alabama. Looking forward to using this forum for advise and information.
