It appears Redwood has a new warranty manager. I had been trying to email Bill Stout about a broken hinge but my emails kept coming back undelivered so I sent it one last time and copied his boss on it. I was told that Bill was no longer with Crossroads RV and that Terry Baughman would be handling things.
Much to me surprise and delight I got a call from Terry who brought me up to date on my hinge and another issue I had. I told him how surprised I was to hear from him and how it reminded me of Brian Emmons' style of customer service.
I told him I would introduce him on the forum and about my first impression of him. So I did..
