We've owned quite a few and bought the 270BH this summer. Great features and well thought out. Just some assembly issues, which we hope will be fixed now while the trailer is at the dealer. Crossroads pre-cleared them all. If those are taken care of we will be fully satisfied. Had an awning built and will install it over the kitchenette, and will post pictures.

I just used a poly tarp with a rope bead sewn on one side ,slid into existing c channel for awning then clamped one side to the side of awning and opposite corner is a post with rope and stake. 5 minutes to put up.

Got the awning.... When the trailer comes back from the dealer for some warranty and additions I'll se about mounting it....

My husband and I recently purchased the 270bh from Fretz. While I can't tell you much about the camper since we haven't taken it home yet, I can say that we had a very positive experience dealing with Fretz.

Fretz is great. Bob Spack is a great guy. No pressure sales and willing to spend time with you going over many trailers. Never had to use their service dept yet but I hear good things about that as well.
