All of us were newbies at one time. Nervous is a good thing, it keeps you thinking and wanting to know more. Lots of miles for us (about 15,000 per year) and still find something new to fret some about but with this and other forums we find answers to all of our questions.

Congratulations on your new coach!!! I agree with bigben, we are all "newbies" at one time! Take your time and ask questions if you don't know, nobody knows it all. I've been doing this almost 40 years and learn something new all the time. This forum has a lot of experienced and very knowledgeable individuals who are great about sharing their information.
