Camping World recently noted that sales of Thor products are up making them the largest retailer of Thor products in North America. Camping World sells an astonishing 20 percent of all Thor brand Motorcoaches.

That could come in handy should we need service work done. Do you think Redwood could work something out with Camping World to make them authorized service centers? It's not always convenient to find a Redwood or Crossroads dealer.
The larger stores would be a good place for parts as well.

I read on another forum that Redwood dropped Camping World as a dealer... I don't know if there's any truth to that.
Do you have any info on that Janet?

I don't know but I understand that they've recently increased their capacity to handle customer service in house, repurposing some existing space. Nice to see customer care being kept on the radar.
