no 12 v unless hooked to 110 v or running gen.

Hi . I'm wensguy. I have a 2015 Thor Challenger LX. I have no 12v unless I am hooked to 110 or have gen running. The house batteries say 12.9 v. Where can I look. With gen running I hear a click in the area of the gen then I get 12v.

Look for the store/use switch. Typically it is near the door of the coach. You probably have it switched to "Store".

In the Challenger the store/use switch is in the cabinet above the door. It is located near the light, awning and AGS switches.

I found the problem. As you said it was the store / use switch. I thank every one for the help.
