Inverter panel dead, no 12 volt on terminals at inverter
Fuses in box all good, no visible inline fuse under bed (loc of inverter) breaker in battery compartment all checked.
No other issues.(battery is charging and holding charge)

Is there another inline fuse hidden somewhere ? I am gonna run a cable from battery to inverter in to make sure inverter is working.

Any other suggestions ?

There will be one fuse or DC circuit breaker between the battery and the inverter. A meter is your friend. Check the battery first, then the input side of the fuse/circuit breaker, then the output side, then you will have found your issue, I'm guessing

Put a voltmeter on the inverter DC terminals. No need to run a wire.

I agree that you should only use a voltmeter. By using a wire, if the inverter is at fault you could set yourself up for some early July 4th fireworks!
If the coach battery is good and nothing at the terminals, do not blame the inverter... yet, there is something open betwixt the two.

How could the inverter be at fault if there are no standing 12 volt at the input ?

The coacher battery is good, just no 12volt at the inverter terminal.l so i am suspecting some inline fuse

What i wrote “ , no 12 volt on terminals at inverter”

As measured by a voltmeter? Or by the Inverter display? I assumed the latter when I wrote my response. I am assuming the former with your response here.

Was this a factory installed inverter or after market install?

In any case, there SHOULD be either a DC breaker, an inline BIG fuse, or a fusible link at the battery end of the positive cable going to the inverter.

All bets are off if it was an after market install; in that case it may not even be wired directly to the battery bank.

There are two circuit breakers in the front wall of the battery compartment. The front one (100 amp) is for the jacks and generator start. The rear one is for the inverter, 200 amp for an 1800 watt inverter or 100 amps fro a 1000 watt inverter. Trip and reset the circuit breaker.

As measured with a voltmeter at the terminals of the inverter(located under bed) ...no display existinf on inverter xm1000 and remote display xm1800 has nothing ( which makes sense as its getting power from inverter)

Its the factory installed one...just noticed it not working when doing my monthly maint and tests..

I agree there should be a a big inline fuse but the ones in the battery compartment are fine... under the bed , the lines go from inverter terminals into a poorly foamed out hole under the coach
I wonder if the line going to from battery to inverter is dedicated (cause everything else 12 V works) ...

I am gonna climb under the burr infested rv and see if i can trace the line and maybe get a diagram from thor.

I am also debating if i just run a new line with new inline fuse....but i guess i have to get that info from thor unless someone had a similar issue.

Thanks i will try that again....I think its time to peel the protective paint off them and make sure they actually work.. they triggered and reset correctly

Thanks again for the info.

all of them triggered and reset fine but this beauty here does not have a "trigger" button
