No power to USB port

I have no power to the USB port on the side out for the bed is this a fuse or is it from a outlet,

I had the same issue on my Thor ACE. Did some research and after talking to Thor I was informed that many times these are wired backwards. I switched the wires and works just fine. Same issue on my San-I-Flush system. Found out that the back flow valve is "frequently installed backwards". Switched that and now that works. Quality control, or lack of it, is an issue here.
