Norcold N10DC No power

Good morning, I have a 2022 Aspen Trail 3020BHS with a Norcold N10DC refrigerator. Unit will not power on. New battery installed, 20amp fuse at converter good, 15amp fuse ontop of fridge good with power at the plug. Is there also a smaller fuse on the compressor control module? Any ideas would.be great. Bought camper second hand so I believe no warranty through Norcold.

When you bought it and did your walk thru/PDI was it working then?

I bought second hand. It has been used a total of 5 times. Was working last fall.

The Norcold N10DC is a 12 volt only fridge, which means it runs on the house battery, backed up by the convertor.
You need a good charged battery to make it function properly.
Norcold has a service manual available on it's website for troubleshooting.
The fridge uses trouble codes and locks out in case of a problem, like a low battery.

Did you put a meter on the fridge outlet behind the fridge? Does it run on propane? Do and leds light up when you attempt to turn it on?

Problem solved

Fortunately my son in law is an rv tech. He fixed it in minutes.
