Notification pop-ups

Just today I've started receiving a pop up notification for a private message receipt and a thank you receipt that I can't stop with delete, mark as unread, etc. Every time I call up a new screen, I get a pop up message that I have to cancel before moving on. Can any of the admin people help?

If this happens again, or if you just want to check your settings
Go to User CP -- top left side of page. Click on it and then scroll down to
Edit Options -- There you will be able to set the notifications and such to your liking.
