Bought a new 2023 Quantum LF 31 in Sep 2023. Couple of observations of Thor manufacturing now that I've had it over a year:

1. The roof vent above the kitchen area has no fan to exhaust kitchen heat or orders. BUT other Quantum models do. A powered vent is essential to reduce odors and heat. Why not install a powered vent on all models?? Did it myself.

2. I winterized my unit this week. Removed the whole house water filter casing under the bathroom vanity only to find THAT NO FILTER WAS INSTALLED!! A whole year of believing my water was filtered BUT IT WAS NOT!! Thor said "oops"!

3. Sitting at a campsite looking over paperwork. Found that Ford said I should have a powered drivers seat. NOPE! NOTHING. I paid and extra $850 for this and don't have it. Ford sold the chassis to Thor to build an RV house on it and missed this. Thor accepted the chassis from Ford and missed it. Dealer accepted the completed unit from Thor and missed it. When I asked for my money back I got a whole lotta finger pointing. Finally got Thor to refund my money.

4. I had to have my entire fuel fill line and breather lines replaced because of kinked hoses preventing fuel from being dispensed whilst the gas station pump kept shutting off. Caused me to take at least a half hour to fill my 55 gallon tank each time.

Bottom line: piss poor QA at all levels of manufacturing.
