Good morning all! We have started an account to help connect with Redwood owners and provide assistance where we can. This account is run by our new Marketing Director at CrossRoads/Redwood. First positive thing coming from Redwood since Christian M. left. I'm encouraged by this.
 
Thank you Redwood! I totally agree with Steve to list the positives too. Although I don't have a perfect trailer, at times say "wow, guess I'm one of the lucky ones".
 
Some great things are happening at Redwood! I can make this statement because I have seen after attending the 2016 Rally, meeting some of the Senior Management Team, seeing some positive changes during the factory tour, and now seeing this important and needed post! Actions speak louder than words! Thanks for not only listening to us owners, but also taking action!

I need to replace the cylinder on my drivers side main slide (Kitchen) on a 2012 36 RL. What size cylinder do I order from Tiara? It would be great if you had a model number.

I don't understand, what account? How can it connect Redwood owners?

I believe what they were saying was that they started to follow us , like Christian used to do. not necessarily an account , but a user name
