I thought I would share one of my fall and winter pastimes with everyone.
I ground, seasoned, and stuffed about 35 ft. of casings for snacking sticks this morning. Tomorrow they will go into the smoker for about 4 hrs.
Anybody want to hazard a guess as to what the main ingredient is?
