16,800 miles on vegas 25.2.
Just started blinking yesterday on way home, then to a steady light.
OBD read cylinders 5,6,&9 misfiring. Hopefully this is a warranty issue? We need to use our vehicle next weekend, micro premie twin Grandsons in Randall’s Children’s hospital in Portland, Or. Hopefully our dealer can help us in a hurry?

Your Vegas can be an E350 or E450, not F53. Similar warranty I believe. Call first, some can't/won't take MHs. Pls report back and good luck for the kiddos.

Plus I have it in my head that is only 3 year or 36000 mile on our E350 / E450 chassis (But I could be wrong).

The chassis is 3/36,000 on the E350/450 but the engine train is 5/60,000.
