Why do we have to provide email address, i will not

how much money is the paid paid for our email address?

I do not want advertising from on my email address

if i have to provide a email address i will quit the forum

the bull from the site , it makes it simple to login --bull

This is entirely your choice but your e-mail address is not being sold, rented loaned or shared. We required a valid address to use the site (which is free) so that we can maintain valid accounts, help stop spammers and send you notifications about your posts and subscriptions. When you set up your account you had to use a valid e-mail address so chances are good it's still in file. You can opt to not receive thread updates if you desire.

Email addresses are free.
Open another, a different one, use it for the log ins.
Only check that mail if you have a log in problem to receive help, then put it out of your mind.
e.g. Open one in yahoo, keep regular one more private in say gmail.

Haven't seen a forum that didn't require a valid email to sign up - for the simple reason that it eliminates spam users registering...
A confirmation/activation email is sent to insure the account is 'real'.
If you ever need to reset your password - it will only be possible with a valid email on file.
As others said - free emails abound... I use different email addresses for different purposes.
