Well , it official..... We own a Redwood.... Went and picked it up yesterday and could not be happier ... I'm not too thrilled about the AC yet, but will look at that . Plugged into 30 amp at home , running just one AC and holding 81 with outside at 86 does not seem cold ... Anyway , here is a picture all hooked up,,,

Beautiful rig. Congratulations. My rig has two heat pumps. I run both for best results. One A/C could be a stretch depending on shade and some internal activities such as cooking. If your rig has a residential type fridge check if the heat from the fridge is vented externally.

After about 80 to 85 degree' s you need both ac's running. This is a big trailer to keep cool

Yea , I should have ran the 50 amp along the house instead of the 30... BUT when I ran that , I only had a 30 ' tt and that was overkill.. Anyway the KZ I just traded would cool down running the 1 AC on the 30 amp.. And it was 39'10" .. BUT IT WAS WHITE !!

Thank you ALL for the nice comments and well wishes.... Sat in her almost all day tinkering , and I have to say that the fit and finish on this is unreal... 3 minor issues on the PDI... A quarter size mark on the bedroom carpet,,, a small piece of trim loose going up the steps , and a huge drop of roof caulk in the rear ladder... That was it... Some things you folks told me to look for... The antenna booster is in the cabinet next to the bedroom TV.. The slides are flush top to bottom.... The awning has lags...the fridge has a blocker on the top , tried to tip it,,then tried to explain what I was doing to sales , and DW...

Looks great the only thing left I'm sure you will find is to add 2 more wheels to the back of your truck

Congratulations!!!!
When we had our last MH which was 36' one of the ac units would quickly cool it down and keep it in the mid 70's. I think only one time in 8 years did we actually have to run both but we were sitting in direct sunlight all day near the beach. The new ones may be more efficient but do not work as well as the older units.
