I have a Thor Teller 2021. I had to have my Winegard replaced and when I went to pick it up we had had a heavy cold snap and they had to jump it to start it. The backup cam and the radio do not work now. There is nothing else that I can find not working. There was one fuse in the back that was dead and I replaced it, but that did not fix the problem. Do you all have suggestions of where I should look to get it going again? Thanks.

I assume you mean you have a Tellaro?
You know your Chassis battery was dead.
What's the status of your house battery bank?
Is it online?
Historically, the radio and backup camera are powered by the house battery bank - not sure if that also applies to your Class B van.

I'm sure Mark will be along shortly to give you more definitive guidance.

Yes a Tellaro (stupid auto-correct!). Where can I find the house battery bank? I bought this during COVID and I did not get a good run through on the systems.

Your house battery bank powers all RV DC loads like lightys, furnace, fans, etc. The master power switch is on your left as you enter the large sliding door.

I have a 23 Tellaro 20k so your 2021 obviously may be different. I believe the radio and backup cam are simply part of the Promaster and unrelated to the Tellaro build out. You can check your fuses in the fuse box left of the steering column, lower portion of dash. It should have a fuse diagram. If not, check the Promaster manual. May be fuse 51, at least for the backup cam.

FWIW, Your house batteries may be under the floor and ahead of the rear axle. Their placement may be different depending on model (20A, 20K, 20L, etc.) and whether or not they are Lithium or AGM and whether you have a generator or not. Not sure of all the layouts or any specifics of a 21 Tellaro.

Hope this helps.

My 2016 Windsport 34j radio/backup camera stopped working recently. I searched everywhere for fuse issues, but no luck. I was resigned to getting the radio replaced until I checked the 5a fuse connected to the coach batteries during a battery swap. The fuse was toast. I replaced the fuse and the radio/camera started working again. I was filled with relief.

Did u take back to shop that jacked it? Winegard runs on 12 volts and bnc cable.

I'm having the same issue with my 2021 Thor sequence 20K. My backup camera my stereo doesn't work in my odometer is flashing. Did you ever find the solution. I've looked everywhere through all my ProMaster owners manuals as well as my Thor owners manuals and I can't even see where the fuse is for the radio. There's about five different locations of fuse boxes in this thing

From what I've been figuring out, I need to take it to a Dodge dealership and get a Proxi Alignment so all the computer systems start talking to each other again. I've tried everything else with no luck. If this doesn't work, I'll be getting a new stereo with a backup camera.

Also check for a loose connector. My 2023 Rize had the same issue. Dealership found a loose connector under the dash. The Tech said that is very common.
