My owners manual talks about raising and lowering the TV antenna. I can't find the control that they show in the manual. Is it possible that my antenna is fixed and doesn't need to be raised or lowered?
Gary, yes the antenna is fixed. My old one was the crank up type, this one never moves. It's great you don't have to worry about driving off with it up. There should be a little insert about it in your packet of info.
I must be lucky...I get lots of channels. Even some that I don't get with my home antenna. YES, I still get my TV over the air with a conventional antenna, even in my home. I think that there are 5 of us left!!!
Mine seems to have better receptionthan the old crank up on the other trailer did. I'm very pleased with it, I think the placement on the roof could have been a little better to aid in reception but I'm not one to complain,(to much anyway).
Yep, I also have the fixxed antenna, and noticed in the owners manual that it exsplains how to crank out the antenna. The manuals are so generic, it's almost silly.
