I have a 2015 cruiser cf305rs. I have gone through the manual and looked elsewhere to try to figure out how to replace the recessed lights with updated LED lights, but I can't figure out if they are clip in lights or another type. They have no visible screws and I don't want to try to pry the lights out and risk damage to the light or ceiling. Any advice?

The puck lights in my Rockwood look similar to those, but don't have a frame around them. To remove the lens on them, I just give it a counter-clockwise twist.

Those are the same LED lights that came with our 5th wheel. You need to remove the lens by placing a small screw driver between the lens and the frame and give it a twist, After the lens is removed there are 3 screws holding the fixture in place.
I have replaced most of ours as the LED boards have gone bad.
