I Like this better cooked on Grill.

Hobo Meal

Cabbage leaves
Hamburger patties
Corn
Green beans
Diced potatoes
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter

In large cabbage leaves, put a patty of hamburger, a couple spoons of corn, few green beans, some diced potatoes, slice of tomato and slice of onion. (You can use your imagination and use only what your family likes.) Salt and pepper and put a dab of butter on top. Wrap all in heavy duty aluminum foil tightly. These can be frozen. Can place on cookie sheet in hot 375 degree oven and bake for an hour. One meal in one piece of aluminum foil. These can also be grilled for an hour on grill (at home or campsite).

6 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Ingredients:
1 Coffee Mug
4 tablespoons flour(that's plain flour, not self-rising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips
Small splash of vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well . Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla, and mix again.
Place mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes for a 1000 watt oven.

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired

If a thick side coffee mug is used, extra cooking time is needed

**Might want to try to PAM the mug. DW made one tonight and it stuch in the mug.**Edited by: GeorgeG

Fill each section in ice cube tray with filtered water.

Place tray in freezer compartment of refrigerator.

Wait 3 hours until contents of tray are frozen solid into cubes.

Remove 3-4 cubes from tray and place in short glass.

Covercubes with favorite Scotch.... Enjoy!

It's very important to follow the directions precisely. Ice cubes in first then carefully add scotch. Reversing the order will cause the ice to bruise the scotch.

I understand that if you bruise the scotch you have to finish the whole bottle, and start a new one to complete the task
