Redwood GK new model

Whenever I travel, even with the pump off, I get water on my counter from the facet. The water hits the sink covers and then will roll onto the floor. It usually isn't much more than a a cup.

Did you try opening the faucet in the bath room?
Herb
PS, had a similar problem, once I did this water issue went away; don't forget to MAKE SURE WATER PUMP IS OFF.

Dave... we had that problem too. Now we just put a small zip lock bag over the end of the faucet, zip it as far as we can and it catches the water that used to drip. Just a quick tip. No charge!

Dave,
I suspect that you may just need to releive the water pressure after you turn off your pump. If that doesn't stop the leak, you may need to remove the valve core and clean it. There may be some debris around the valve core seals that allows a small amount of water to leak.

So many questions!
Why would my water pump be off. Wouldn't we leave it on while we are in it?

The leak on the counter is on the end, no where near the sink and the one on the floor is not close to where the water was on the counter. The one on the counter was close to the end and there was no drip to the floor. Wierd. It is true when I used the water in the sink, the faucet does continue to drip a bit. I put a piece of paper towel under it for a bit.

I will check and see about the MaxAir Fan. That could be a possibility. And yes, it did rain some that morning.

Sharon, I think you only have the pump on when you are dry camping and turn it off when you are tied to city apparatuses . Thanks for the freenies Grandpa and Dave
