Redwood Rally -2012

We would love to be there, but Jere just had her second surgery in 7 weeks. She won't be ready for that long a road trip yet. Will be watching for pics and talk of the 1st Rally.

Happy Camper, I'm sorry to hear that Jere is having problems. I hope she's comfortable and wish her a speedy recovery.

As we'll not be able to make it; would appreciate it if one of you could make some videos/pictures of the tour of the factory and some of the fun we'll be missing. Best wishes to Jere. Tks.Edited by: Adamsvr

Sinder, agree with your Yellowstone impressions. We found that Grizzly Bear Campground in West Yellowstone is first class and is right outside the west entrance. Full hookups, WiFi and no low branches or limbs scratching your Redwood.

TP, we're traveling 762 miles to get there. Mapquest says it's 13 hours. Yikes!Edited by: 5th_Time

Mike, that's what cruise control is for. Put your feet up and relax. Have a glass of wine and let Pam drive. LOL. Looking forward to a great week end.

I think some Canadian Suds will be in order. Those that like it, like it a lot. Mr Kieths special brew.

About 3 weeks ago, We stayed at the Grand Canyon Camping Villiage. $55 per night. All gravel, dust, water restrictions (they had water trucked in), no pool and only 30 amp. Saving features were the two elk that visited the campground each morning (14 pointer and 12 pointer). The campground was only 3 miles from the Grand Canyon National Park, but I sure wished I would have picked something different.

John,

Count us in and thanks for the open invite! We'll be in site C56, let me know if you need anything.

Best Regards,

Please count us in. We look forward to meeting and talking with other Redwood owners. We'll plan on bringing an appetizer.

I'd like to see inside a BR but I'm afraid if my wife see's one we might be trading

Dave,

You need to leave the office to change your mind but it's better than setting up at the dinette table or fireplace and then having to put it all away. Office lets me keep laptop, printer, journal, etc. out when at camp and close the door. Also have my own outside entrance which is nice too.

My wife has been getting real estate agents lined up in Nova Scotia for 3 months... and she needs to renew her passport to visit the Excited State of America. We will definitely come down that way next year.

We got you all beat. our redwood arrived at the factory today. by transport service.

My Wife and I (Carol & Chuck) should be coming in around that time. 14 plus hours. Going to try and get the new Flux Capacitor hooked up but not sure if all the parts will be in to get there earlier.
