Redwood Rally 2014 - The Survey

Hi -

Please everyone I'd like you to take the time to help send feedback to Redwood.

With the help of everyone here on the forum I've worked up a survey which will help pass along our thoughts to Redwood. It would be great to get as many people to respond to the survey prior to the Rally so any results can be shared there. I know it is not a lot of time so please help pass the word and get as many people to respond as possible.

I know a great deal of discussion has been going on regarding the overall satisfaction with Redwood QC and warrantee support. I believe they have already noted our concerns but by completing the survey we will be able to track from year to year their progress.

The survey is broken into 5 parts:

(1) General information regarding RW ownership
(2) Feedback regarding Redwood product offerings
(3) Feedback regarding Redwood customer service
(4) Feedback regarding the Redwood dealer network
(5) Feedback regarding specific options & feature requests

I know this isn't perfect and certainly could be improved but I think its a great place to start the discussion and help everyone see what we the customers want from Redwood.

This is our chance to help them build a better product so please help.

Noticed the question on the TPMS, and remembered seeing a factory one on a 2012 that was reviewed by the Dealer on U-tube. It was located in the side cabinet near the convenience center where the phone outlet is, and had a wireless receiver for your truck.

Ken - finally got reasonable connectivity and completed the survey

Thanks Oriana. Now have 46 completed and 10 partials. Hopefully the people who bailed will come back and finish. It should remember how far they got provided they do it from the same connection/device.

I think 50 responses is very achievable that should be a good sampling to show RW its not just a few people sending feedback.

We wish we could be at the Rally. We were up there last fall and really enjoyed the area and hospitality of Redwood. You should have my survey. Thanks so much for putting this together and hope the Management Team ooks closely at them. Have a great Rally!!!!
