Redwood RV Club

We think we have been with this crowd before. ROWDY GROUP!!! Must admit we had bunches of fun!
Can't wait to meet up with all of you again.
Vic and Barbara

RCAircraft, welcome to our great group! Hope you make plans to attend next year's rally. You will love your Redwood and so will everyone else. Be ready for people to walk right up and ask to see your rv. It is quite a compliment. Can't wait to meet you, too!

Thank you Babby. Been RV'ing for 30+. With the children long out of college I look forward to retiring and enjoying our Redwood RL. I retire next Wednesday and will visit the Redwood factory on that Friday. Carol will be working for a few more years so I will "shake down" the new Redwood learning about all the sub systems (the engineer in me).

Looking forward to meeting with you and the Redwood family.

Jack and Sharolyn congrats and enjoy...Be sure tpo do a good PDI check and bee sure they give you 2 batteries preferably 27's......Iused to live in Thornydale on the outskirts of Tucson

Congrats jlandon13399. We hope you love yours as much as we love ours. We are currently in Fredericksburg TX for the winter. It is 82 today with a little breeze. Welcome to the family.

I know you will love your 34SK. We have had ours for about three weeks and love it. The quality is very good with it coming from the dealer/factory almost perfect. Enjoy your new Redwood.

Sheralyn and I used to live in Houston off FM1960. Transferred to Chicago and eventually retired here in Oro Valley, AZ. Thanks for the information on the batteries, I had a good unch list started and the batteries are now on the list!!

jlandon1339....I understand that the battery boxes are big enough for Type 29 batteries ...If the dealer is ok with 2 batteries offer him $20 . to up grade to these 29's....I paid $15.00 for an upgrade direct with Interstate Batteries because my dealer said he only purchaseses type 24....most dealers say that all 5th wheels should have at least 2 type 27 at the minimum.
....So if your dealer won't work with you and youare not afraid to change out your own; take your trailor or the batteries and your trailor purchase agreement strait to an Interstate dealer and they should accomodate you with the upgrade to type 29's If your batteries are not Interstate call that brand dealer's main office and see if they will work with you...You will be happy you did.....MY interstate local sales head quarter knew my batteries were only a few days in the trailor and told me the closest dealer to go to about 5 miles from my home and all I had to do when I got there was give them $15.00 and the 2 type 24's for exchange.......Also on your battery cables I have seen come with red cables.....Iwould suggest to use black electrical tape on the 1st 4 inches or so on all the negative cables and if you are not used to working with battery cables mark each cable with a tag such as rear battery to front negative battery cable...then rear positive battery cable to front positive batter cable and then mark your power cable and your ground cables also.
