Redwood RV Owners group - "other site"

Please forgive me if this isn't appropriate...
In addition to joining this site I have attempted to join the other site as well - Redwood RV Owners Group. I see that several of you access that site as well as this one.
I have gone through the "pre-registration" process, and received the confirming email with link. I have clicked the link and go to the site to log in. My log in response then says I'm "not preregistered". I have also pasted the link into the browser address bar - same outcome.
I don't know how to contact anyone at that site for help. Can some here point me in the right direction?
Still haven't picked up the 36 RL - maybe as soon as next weekend.

from my experience on 'that' site - there were issues with the site that I won't go into, so I rarely visit....

Rex, I didn't see any problem with your question. You weren't trying to lure others and we all know that the other site exist. In my opinion, there's no point in everybody being over sensitive.

Some of you people are like a bunch of little kids.
There are great people on both forums and a great resource to people with questions and problems they need help with. I have used both forums with problems I have had and it is great to have such a wealth of knowledge there for someone in need.
