Refrigerator Leak and removal

Just bought a lightly used 2016 39MB. When dewinterizing it, I turned on the valve to the refrigerator and water began to leak from beneath the unit. I have a couple of questions
1. I assume I have to remove the fridge to see what is going on. Seems that doing so might destroy the trim on the slideout. Ideas?
2. Pretty tight aisle between fridge and center island, do I have to remove doors to get it out?
3. Guessing I have to completely remove it but if I leave it in aisle, can't access valve off beneath center island to turn water off/ on while diagnosing.

the L shape molding on our 2015 came off very easy only had 4 finish nails in it. Ours has bolts through the wood floor and yours looks like it has a foot that push down and lifts it off the rollers. You may also find at the top of the refrigerator on the back wall a bracket that stop it from tipping forward out of the hole its in. The key to getting it out easy will be removing the wood trim on the floor. The refrigerator isn't all that heavy, but it is hard to move by yourself. The door and freezer draw on out frig like to open if the roads are rough while your working on this project find a way to keep your doors closed for travel days. We have a U shaped piece of plywood covered with cloth that I slip through the door handles and it drops down to the freezer draw to keep it closed and we have straps to go across the face of the frig .

If you can't get the wood trim off, you could go out and get some electrical metal box covers and stack them up to make it high then the wood and screw them down temporary for protection.

Could it be the ice maker? Ours was leaking. Turned off the shut off valve under the sink and it stopped.

Jeanie, Thanks for your advice. We found a leak in the icemaker/water line beneath the refrigerator, behind the stove and under the center island. I guess the prior owner did not property winterize the line. Fixed them all and no more leaks ! Have a good day !

Hi, I had a similar problem on my 36RL and discovered the water supply line to the refrigerator ice maker started leaking after several years. Since it was connected to the “fixed center island” and routed to the refrigerator in the slide out meant that it was eventually destined to have problems. Simple fact, plumbing piping simply does not like movement in slidouts. I put a shutoff valve on that supply line and never used it again. I now purchase bags of ice when needed or use ice trays occasionally. For clarification, I only had an Ice Maker on the refrigerator and not a drinking water supply in the door.

Is the ice maker connected ours connected under the drawer below the oven or is the ice maker turned on
