Repair rear wheel well damage after tire blowout

I had a blowout on the left rear inner tire a couple months ago on my 2015 Vegas 24.1. It tore up the black plastic wheel well area on the front side, & exposed the plumbing in the bathroom.

Any ideas on where/how to source the material/part to repair?

Similar happened to my son-in-law's Class C (since sold). I bought a truck mud flap, cut it to fit and attached it with screws & adhesive caulk. I slipped a piece of wood in at the top above the existing wheel well (via the hole where it had been broken) to give the screws something to thread in to.

Do some searching for more damage beforehand. The toilet drain pipe was also damaged. The toilet in his motorhome was above the wheel well.
