Does anyone know how to take off or put new seals on slideout? Because my slideout uses the accuslide BAL cable system and the cable runs through the seals.

What are you trying put them on?
Need make, model, and year of your camper. Place that info in your signature so people know what you need help with.:)

Have you checked on utube? I don't know if this will help or not.

We have a 2017 Sunset Trail 310RL. I changed mine last year, there is another post on here about this subject, search for it. Seal goes in a groove , cable does not go thru them. I found a website that showed a short video on how to replace them, it was enough to get me started. Not a bad project once you figure out how to do it.

This is what your looking for:
Seal - Wiper - Clip On - Slideout - Black - #R854056 - Norco
Should be the same as my 2017.
https://elkrv.com/products/seal-wipe...-r854056-norco
Should look like that.
I got mine from Tiara RV out of Elkhart Indiana.

You should be able to just pull the old ones out verify they look the same. To replace just push them in so they catch, use a flat screw driver.

Wiper seals 2017 sunset trails 26 bb

So we have just completed 6 of 8 wiper seals. It’s really quite easy except the seals inside by the refrigerator and dinette. How were you able to get to them?

You have to remove the trim pieces that surround the slide outs. They are nailed in with small brad nails with the edges stapled in. You have to take a couple of flat screw drivers and very carefully pop them off. Not hard just be careful not to break the trim pieces. Once they are off you can remove the particle board pieces that attach to the slide out. Those are attached with 3 or 4 screws. Once that is off you have full access to the edge of the slide out and seals. When I put the trim pieces back on I bought screw cap/fasteners and put 4 screws in each trim piece. You could just brad nail them back on.

HI there, did you ever get an answer about your seals? I have a Sunset Trail Grand Reserve 2017 with 2 slides and I need to replace all the seals on booth slides , along the sides internal and external. can you send me the links if you have them pls? Artistspoot@gmail.com Id appreciate it

Seal replacment

Norco RV 1-1/2" Slide-Out Wiper Seal (Clip-On) (This Seal is Sold per 25' slideout Seal) R854056
It can be purchased on Amazon or Elk Mountain for 89-99$ for 25 feet. If you get the spray on seal lubricant it goes easier. I used Star Brite Premium rv rubber seal conditioner (13.99) on Amazon. A pick tool will also help to get old seal out. I have yet to do the internal kitchen slide out. There’s always something else that comes up lol
