2015 Sunset Trail: inspecting the roof and noted the rubber seal over the metal channel side piece that attaches the roof fabric, is quite loose. This channel is integrated into the side rain gutters, screws to the trailer side and attaches the roof membrane. The rubber seal is simply ‘squeezed’ into the channel with small v-notch edges to hold it into the channel. Suspect it’s shrunk with age. Anyone else deal with this repair? Thanks in advance!

Also in your picture that I marked in green there is a seal looks to be missing. Check chaulking above doors and windows and that metal trim
