Roof Sealant Application Method

Looks nice. I went a step further this year. I used Marlin RV flashing coating. You brush it right over your existing Dicor and it supposed to last 10 to 15 years.

I am really having a hard time with the recent trend to seal a perfectly good EDPM or TPO roof.
It was not long ago that a good RV shop would, and maybe still does recommend that the roof simply be cleaned and use a protectant like 303. Keep after the seams and vents with Dicor of course.
The manufactures like Crossroads state that you will void the 10-to-15-year warranty if you coat the roof.
Yet I see the old veteran RVers getting on board with this expensive coating that voids the warranty?
What gives?

I'd follow the manufacturers stating that coating the roof may void the warranty. Why would you take a chance to void the warranty with a sealant? Clean the roof and let it go without a sealant.
