It's possible to consolidate accounts/info. Hit the contact link and give as much info as you can about the 2 accounts - specifically what the e-mail addresses are (or if you can't remember, maybe a display name or last name).

Also need to know which account you want to retain. We can move the data and even reassign the reward to the other account.

Received the added 2 years. I didn't have to do anything. Just logged into my existing account and the 2 years subscription was already added.
It's a classy company that gives you something for just helping out others.
I always wonder when companies ask for your input with a survey, but they NEVER give anything in return. Even when it takes 20 minutes of your time to do it.
