Schwintec circuit card replacement

I recently saw a post on where to get a replacement circuit card for a Schwintec Motor.
Can anyone provide that information?

You're going to need to be a lot more specific.... There are a lot of possible parts...

Schwintec slide motor repair

I am trying to find a source for a Schwintec slide motor 500 series circuit card installed on the motor that comes with the wiring harness.

I am looking for a source for the circuit card attached to the bottom of the motor (see attached).

Someone posted a source a couple of weeks ago.

Nothing attached

If they posted it here They didn't use the works "Schwintek, circuit, or motor" in their post.

Any motor parts are likely made of unobtainium.

Any reason you don't just buy the motor?

If memory serves me, there's a small PC board under the rubber cap on the end of the motor which the wires are soldered to. Is that what you're looking for?

If that is the case, a replacement motor would be easier to replace than finding a small electronic circuit board that attaches to the motor.

Yes. The motor is fine but the wires got wrapped and shorted out the small circuit board on the motor. I think the cost of the circuit card with the wire harness was like $30.00.

I learned something new today watching that video. I did not know the circuit board was a replaceable item. If I needed to replace the board, Amazon has the entire motor for under $75.00. Some as cheap as $53.00.

Deja Vu. I would have never considered trying to replace the circuit board. And I like to fix things but it doesn't make sense when the slide motor looks like this.

Looks like Skills Above - RV Testers sells 2 Hall boards with edge snips and a small screwdriver for $59 (also comes with a tall coffee cup, FWIW).

Interesting thought, when the motor needs replacing is the root cause the board or motor internals?

I wonder if there is a way to test the motor itself? A new circuit board on a dead motor would be throwing good money away.
