Scratches on outside leatherette of overhead bunk

Has anyone seen this before?
Do I glue a little?
Will it expand any product to match

It’s pretty small. I’d probably try a tiny toothpick full of clear silicone adhesive and call it good. If it still bothered me I’d use a vinyl repair kit and mix up some color matching goo. I’ve used those kits before with surprisingly good results.
