Site down contacts ?

A couple of times the site has been down...

Is there a group email contact list we can use to notify your admins when it's down ?

You can always contact support@socialknowledge.com (same for account support). We had a server problem earlier today and it took several hours to resolve - I apologize for the unscheduled outage.
