Ok, my slide out will only move when Engine is on and running. Of course the awning will not move when running as it should be.

Anyone run across this and can point me to the right place to swap the wire to correct this. Don't want it setting in a shop for weeks on end if a simple move a wire.

Tell us the make, model & year of your rig.
It's in the signature but it isn't correct.

He has a 2003 Holiday Rambler 38PDK

But it's not a Thor Motor Coach so I'm not sure why this question was asked here.

Holiday Rambler ceased to exist as a corporation in 1996. Holiday Rambler became a brand name of Monaco Coach Corporation, which filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in 2009, and the assets (including brand names like H-R) were acquired by Navistar International. Navistar sold these assets to Allied Specialty Vehicles in 2013.

IRV2.com has a Holiday Rambler area which may prove more fruitful:

If it's a 2003 I think I'd just adapt.
If it were a 1969 Henway(now owned by WESAYSO) I was restoring to concourse quality maybe then I'd worry about correctness.

But the thread title says "2023 Chateau 22b" so maybe that is the RV of concern?
It that case, nothing is mis-wired and the slide is operating as the Thor Engineers designed it to.

Guys, the HR is long gone, why I posted this one. I read on another thread, yes I try an do my home work. That Thor change it to Engine running around that time. The owners manual say key removed engine off, was hoping mistake, makes no sense to have engine running to popula in or put out a small slide.

Thanks! I kept researching and found that on another thread. Think is a dumb idea but ok.

Engine running for slide movement is required on the 2024 Gemini and likely many other models. It is controlled by Thor through BMPro automation. I would live with it and not hack the setup conditions set by Thor. For example if you set the sense line to approximately 13.4 VDC the software would think the engine is running, then the awning and stabilizers would be locked out. Then more mods would be needed. A better approach is to change the firmware.
