Go to www.tinypic.com. click choose file, choose your pic, under resize, choose message forum. click upload now. Enter antispam code. When codes come up Copy the forum code and paste to your message. As long as you include the img code then you don't need the picture icon and if you followed the steps above it is sized properly.

if you want to post a pic from a webpage, still go to www.tinypic.com but switch image to URL , enter the URL, resize to message forum, click upload now, enter antispam code, copy forum code and paste here.
