As I posted previously, I put 2 400 watt solar panels on the roof of my 23A and used the standard $15 controller. Works.... Does anyone have advice on a better one that will display the incoming amps/watts?
Don't really need BT connectivity.

Thanks!

If money isn't an issue, sure love Victron!

I second the Victron vote. I went with Renogy on almost all solar components and batteries and inverter charger and dc to dc charger, very happy with all that. I thought the Victron was a better controller than any other I looked at. working 4 years+ full time) and very happy with it. I have the Bluetooth version; suggest it is worth whatever it cost. I check on its status with my phone.

Isc is the current generated with the positive and negative terminals directly shorted. It's the maximum current the panel could produce in ideal perfect conditions.

It's the number you use for determining cable AWG and charge controller rating.

Thank you, that's what I thought but wanted to make sure my controller would work with it.
