And purchased SOB. Even with doing all the maintenance and repair myself, the Omni was becoming a mechanical nightmare and a money pit.

One of the reasons we downsized from a 41 foot diesel pusher. It was working me hard. We had over a 100,000 miles in the seat of that motorhome and did all our own maintenance. When we got rid of it she needed new tires at over $5000 and we were starting to worry about the air bags. Not something I looked forward to replacing. One of the worse maintenance items about that coach was the driveshaft needed to be greased every 5000 miles. Also it took 7 gallons of oil at an oil change, with a huge oil filter and two large fuel filters. I kept what we referred to as "grease cloths" in the garage and would change into them before going under the motorhome. Besides the driveshaft there were many other Zerk grease fittings and we always got greased up went we went under there. I had (and still have) an air powered grease gun.

So...what did you purchase and why?
It is in my signature. A 2022 Quantum JM31 Class C motorhome. I wanted to go smaller but the wife did not want to give up her washer/dryer so we ended up with the longest Class C they make. There were not many Class C's with a washer/dryer prep and we did not find any small Class A's with a washer/dryer prep.
