Something you don't see everyday

We have that option too! Gives us about 40 inches of room between the end of the bed and the cabinets. Really opens up the floor space.

Here is something you don't see everyday. Good friends of ours bought a Redwood 36RL slide in a slide.

WOW! I didn't realize that car could pull the Redwood

I wish all campgrounds looked like that

Mercedes voided my warranty after seeing the 20K Reese in the hatch, but Ford stood by the Taurus's trunk hitch

We've been going to that campground off and on for almost 12 years now.
We lost the nightstands with the king bed in ours too.

Thank you, wanted to be a little different since everyone was getting the maroon. I really liked the maroon but I think the Redwoods are classy no matter that color you get.

I made a pair of night stands for our slide-in-the-slide. They are attached to the wall with "French Cleats" so they are easy to install and take off.

Would love to see how you did it, been running through ideas for adding some small night stands. We need a Modification/Additions Topic on the forum to post what we've done to our rigs.

The shelves are made in a "L" shape, with the "French Cleat" mounted onto the wall and the back of the shelves.  The cleat over locks itself and when mounted, is firmly against the wall. When we're ready to pull in the slides, my wife simply lifts the shelves up and puts them on the bed. Copy and paste each of the URL's below or simply click on them to see some of the pictures.

We purcchased two small glass bathroom shelves (from either Lowes or Home Depot) and mounted on each side of the bed. Enough room for a clock and the control to the heated mattress pad.

We bought a shelf/box with 3M tape from a camping supply store. We only needed somewhere to put eye glasses and remotes. Then next to the bed I screwed to the floor an adjustable cup holder I bought at an auto parts store for the bottles of water. Neither of these got in the way of the
