My two cents would be if you can't find the factory replacement, get the Clarion FX450. It's a double din unit with backup cam capabilities. Wiring would be similar to what you have now :

Yellow is constant power, red is key power, blue with a white tracer would trigger your amp if you have one, black is ground. Orange with a white tracer is the illumination.
There is also a rear cam input. Easy install but as many have mentioned, any audio shop will do it for you.

Any automotive audio shop can replace that radio if you don't want to tackle it.
Any Double-DIN radio with a backup camera input will work. The 3 cameras are handled by a box external to the radio.

I also need to replace my radio. Are you saying all three cameras will work on a radio with one backup camera input? I am looking at an eanon ua13

Unfortunately only 1 cam will work with the Clarion FX450 as there is only 1 RCA input for a cam.

The radio has one camera input. Separate from the radio is a three input/one output device (it has a name which I forget). When you shift into reverse the device sends the backup camera input to the radio. When you use the turn signal it sends the left or right camera input to the radio. The radio just displays whichever one the device sends to it. Does that make sense?
