So we make it back to Dallas with lots of drama, more on that in due time on another thread, but for now there are major storms in Dallas areas winds hitting 80 mph,
our version a Hurricane Anna ( 1st of the year

)
Anyway, over a million in the DFW area are without power. We have gone about 5 hours so far so. I got a chance to invoke my RV Emergency procedures for 1st time in real life situation. Some of you may remember when I hardwired a 30 amp female receptacle off one of my 30 amp legs of my Onan 5500. I plugged my custom made 30 amp cord direct to my home transfer switch ( about 50 feet). We now have about 2700 watts of power across 10 breakers to use in the house. Both fridges in the house are going, most lights and all of the TVs although we only have one on. I do have one AC on in the RV I hope I got it right. It is to try to balance the load so both legs are drawing current. If we need to cook or use microwave, we have to go into the RV.
Now here is the good part. Originally with the power supplied from RV, the Spectrum Internet was fine. So we can watch YouTube TV and our Home Network just fine, but about an hour ago Spectrum Internet went out

Without going outside, I was able to connect TVs and Roku boxes to the T Mobile Home Internet that is in the RV with power due to generator running
So for the day I am a fully compliant real T Mobile Home Internet User, so if T Mobile checks my GPS location & usage today it will look normal
Having two Internet Services at hoe has it advantages. The only problem is my RV is usually sitting with full tank of gas, but when we got home, I only had 1/3 tank remaining. If it goes too long, I may have to drive the RV for a fillup if I can find a station that has pumps working.
