Temperature sensor

I have a 2021 400lk Redwood. Room temps are never right so AC does not come on and off right. Are the wall mounted sensor generic? I can not find any information on what to buy for replacement. Anyone know?

can you post a photo of the current thermostat? I would guess that is on a wall that get heat from the basement / DC converter possibly ? The sensor on the heat pump Tstat we had was right at the botton left side of the tstat on the outside of the thermostat. I was able to bend the wires going to it so it was just over a 1/4" off the wood it was mounted to , that seemed to help some. I am sure they drilled a good side hole behind the thermostat you could see if that is the case and stuff the hole with some insulation also. I just finished upgrading to a micro air wifi/bluetooth thermostat so I can turn the heat or AC on while we are driving.
