Thank you all for having this valuable resource. This forum has been most helpful in allowing us potential Redwood owners to lurk and glean valuable insight into the Redwood family.

After much lurking and gleaning, my wife and I are now 2015 Redwood 39MB owners. We are not retired (not even close) and will be selling our home and moving into it full time. We are just tired of stuff and home ownership. And we travel a lot for volunteer work. We figured we might as well make it full time. So we sold our small Open Range and here we go... Which is ironic as I build really nice custom homes for a living. Oh well, maybe the shoemakers kids were barefoot for a reason!
