Always nice to see -- as long as they're not eating your prized perennials! :flowers:

Our property backs up to about 50 acres of woodland, hemmed in by two large creeks. It's all posted so there's a healthy crop of deer wandering around in there, as well as a few who wander into the lower part of our property most nights. The most we got on camera was 6 or 7 but for the last year it's been 1 doe and 2 fawns. We occasionally get to see them just before sunset but most nights they visit between 11 pm and 2 am. We hadn't been seeing tracks for awhile, I assume because mom was staying further back in the woods with her new babies. I need to put the trail cam out again since I've been seeing tracks again over the last few weeks. Gotta check for young 'uns!

We have several here that like to play in the yard. That's why i like to live in the sticks.:thumb:

Short answer is, yes I have a freezer. But, it's full of the moose who wandered into the yard and started eating the low branches of my aspen trees last fall. Then, I could tell you the story of the bear who got into the upright freezer two years ago and made off with a package of hamburger buns when I forgot to close the garage door. Always exciting living at 11,000 feet elevation in the Colorado High Country!
