The new site looks good!

All the posts are here - some were moved around as there's some re-org still going on but all the posts and pics are here.

Did we lose the attachments? I can't seem to find a list of them like we had before.

Speaking as a grumpy old guy that doesn't like change, I am still on the fence on how I feel about the new site.
None the less thank you, site team members, for all the hard work you put into the site. Your efforts are appreciated even by grumpy old guys like me ;)

You guys need to let us know how the site looks and works on Windows XP. :HaHaHa::HaHaHa:

I recognize the hard work accomplished in upgrading the site. The functionality seems good and as far as I can tell everything works just fine. However, I don't like the new appearance. Do you guys also control iRV2 and if you do, ae you 'upgrading' it as well?

Not a big fan of change. Just got back on since the new look. If I stay here I'll just have to get used to it. I hate pop-up adds.
Pop-up ads? I haven't experienced any, just regular in line ads. Most browsers block pop-ups from any site these days. Might want to check those settings.

If you have not already been introduced to Windows 11 you are not going to be happy with it either. I just up dated my 10 year old computer and of course it came with Windows 11. It is faster but I don't like all the change. I had Windows 10 working just the way I wanted and now trying to get used to 11. It took me almost two years to get to the point where I was comfortable Windows 10. I hate all this change. If its not Windows changing, then they rearrange the Sam's and Walmart so it takes me an hour to find what I looking for. What was wrong with the old way. My first wife had to rearrange the furniture on a monthly basis and nothing, including the pictures on the wall could be symmetrical. It drove me crazy. We were only married for 8 years. When my current wife and I arrange furniture it never changes until we buy new stuff. We have been married 40 years and counting. Ok, off the soap box.

Change is inevitable. I try my best to make the difficult part of any change the shortest period possible! Then, either I embrace it or move on.

I used to "chat" a lot on RV.net years ago when I RVd in classic truck campers, new truck campers, 5th wheels and pull trailers; and now I feel like this site will work for me as well with the motorhome and dingy. The new design is just fine IMO and as long as it remains user friendly I'm sure I'll be happy. :) I'll update my signature and avatar soon as well and look forward to interactions with others on many things motorhome/Thor/Toad! Cheers all and happy camping!

This took a few minutes to figure if i was on the correct site. Great Idea, instead of the RH panel being ads, how bout making that a instant messaging field? We use TEAMS now at work, and most of the communications work this way now. What a great addition to have folks like ACE walk you through a problem real time vs. waiting for replies. For ex. (ensuring you put your battery switch to the ON position to have the converter connect to the battery for charging).... He could just copy and paste on the instant messaging.)

Also, i used to get emails saying there was feedback on the site, i don't see that feature anymore. Could you change the brown outline on everything to a blue grey?

Check your profile and preferences. You can select what email notifications you can get.

Instant messaging only works if both parties are on the site at the same time. IMs would not help others with the same issue. If someone needs a "walkthrough", Conversations and phone calls would fill that need.
