I can't get the recliners to lock in the recline position. So they are basically straight chairs. I've looked everywhere to see how to lock them back. The videos and brochures from the factory make it look like they lock back. What am I missing?

Are yours manual reclining? our XG32 came with electric reclining with heat and massage.

We don't have that but we can watch the infomercials on TV for foot massages, does that count?

Sure. LOL. I assumed all the XG32 had the same Thomas Payne theater recliners.

Ours came with manual reclining, pull the lever kind. You have to really muscle them to get them to lock closed.

You can’t get them to lock closed? Or you can’t get them to recline?
