In my 2023 Thor Axis 24.1 the furnace is controlled by the BMPro control panel. When the temperature is set, the furnace goes on for between 1 and a few hours, but then it stops heating and it is impossible to get it back on.

1. The BMPro panel has been replaced, and the problem persists. I am thinking it might be the temperature sensor, but have not been able to find it. The dealers and Thor are no help. And a schematic or wiring diagram that would show its location is impossible to find. Please let me know if you have any suggestions to resolve this.

2. I am also considering replacing the igniter board that is on the furnace. Do you know which model board, from which manufacturer, is the best replacement?

3. If you can think of anything else that would fix this issue, please share it with me.

Thank you

When it doesn't work (after seeming to work for an hour or so) what does it do & not do? You can usually hear the ignitor clicking if it's trying to light. Or the burner igniting (but not staying lit) if the sensor isn't sensing. Does the blower motor come on?

What brand & model is the furnace? Rather than contacting Thor you might get better info direct from the manufacturer.

If you do decide the circuit board is faulty, Dinosaur Electronics has the best reputation for quality replacements. They were very helpful to me when I was diagnosing a water heater that didn't work on 120V. And their (correct) advice was that the problem was not in the circuit board.
