Assuming you have UHG and no Onan generator as I do. I prefer no Onan- it's a POS and PITA, and I hate them anyways... no emission controls at all. Basically a lawn mower engine with an alternator. Then there's the lack of Cummins service centers- forget the dealer.Got down to -6 in Indiana. Lost 120 volt. 2023 PM Tellaro 20L went down to O%. Awakened batteries and charging while driving, now up to 30%. SOH still showing 0. Lost 120 volt, so no receptacles, microwave etc. will it just come back on when fully charged? Fuses and breakers seem okay. On shore power using house 20 amp… slow charge (if any) on shore power. Best charge is by driving. Haven’t gotten it back up to 100% yet—-plan to drive more to fully charge.
Anything below 32°F, and the batteries will run until they reach min. voltage, and the internal BMS shuts them off.
Then UHG needs to be on, (w/master switch on), or plug into shoreline to heat (RB100LT- 'low temp', is a heated battery) the batteries and recharge when they reach 32°. The UHG is a great design, but would be nice if there was an auto start for it.
You can to set a notification on your phone app (RVmaster) to tell you when voltage is low, so you can manually start the engine and get the batteries back.
You will not have 120VAC until the batteries are charged enough to provide power to the Combimaster (inverter) to make 120VAC. Possible that you might be able to use inverter with UHG running-would def. add time to charge the batteries tho... haven't tried that myself yet...
Assuming your 120VAC system is ok on shore power? If not- check the breaker panel, and GFCI on left end of kitchen sink cabinet.
Also if not grounded, can trip a supplying 15-20A GFCI source, which also needs to be properly wired.
Good luck!!
