Toad seems to be in control

I have never noticed any alignment issues with the truck when driving it.
That doesn't mean it couldn't benefit from an alignment. CASTER is the setting that allows a vehicle to track/follow when being towed. Unless it was way out of spec or different on the two front wheels you would not notice it or seen tire wear due to it being at the wrong end of the specification.

Or, does your statement "This truck is pushing my rig all over the lane while driving. " mean you feel the truck bouncing back and forth between the range of looseness in your tow setup? Without really affecting the direction of travel of the RV?

We use a universal folding tow bar with our Colorado and it would loosen the adjusting nuts/bolts until I welded a cross bar between the arms and welded the "universal" out of it. Now it's solid as a rock.

Thanks everyone. I believe my tow set up is within specs. I had a professional do the install. The braking is not the issue. What I did notice is the hitch (Blue Ox) has a considerable amount of free play, both at the rv receiver and where the tow bar fits into hitch receiver.
Do you have a Hitch Tightener installed to take out the play between the towbar and receiver? I had 2 on my setup, one on the towbar and one where my 2inch high low adapter went into the motorhome’s hitch receiver. Enlarge the picture to see them in use.

Seems to me that with a professional install, you should not have enough play to affect the handling that much. Something does not sound right.

The "professional install" likely only applies to the base plate and braking system and lighting on the TOAD. Since he was already flat towing, he probably reused the Tow Bar.
 
As noted above be sure to check your towbar. If you have not lubed it in a while it may be sticking and not fully extending out. And be sure to check your vehicle towing instructions.

Wow... that seems like a lotta hardware between the hitch and actual tow bar. I stupidly tried putting shims in mine once when using a bike rack. Horrible mistake! It took me several hours of prying and hammering to get it loose! Next time I'll try a legitimate hitch tightener! 🥴
 
Thanks for everyone's replies. I found out that the excessive free play in the hitch was causing my problem. I removed the Blue Ox adjustable hitch and installed a solid Roamaster hitch. I also installed two hitch tighteners on both receivers. This took out about 90% of the free play and I no longer have the issue with the toad.
