Transmission, Differential, Grease points

Folks,

2022 Thor Quantum 27SE here. 7.3L v8 six speed transmission. 40k miles.
I was thinking not to worry about Transmission and Differential servicing for 100,000 miles (Ford recommends flushing at 150k) but others have stated that 30k is more appropriate (and it seem to make more sense for the differential). Questions:

1. Should I bother with Transmission fluid change at this time? I dont want to get into the business of dropping the oil pan and dealing with the mess that follows, I already did that with my Mercedes (though successful) what a stupid mess it was.
2. If I decide to do the differential, should I opt to suck out as much oil and fill upto fill hole? Or should I open the cover at the back and get into a big resealing mess? To me sucking out as much as possible and repeating the flush couple of times sound easier. Or should I simply take out the fill plug, clean the magnet as often as I can?
3. I got under the vehicle and the only grease fill port I could see is on the tie rod. What a disappointment! So many Fx50 owners posted videos that show several grease points.

4. Any other maintenance I might have overlooked at 40k?

Thanks
Raja

30k miles is ridiculous.
As of their 1963 model year, Ford has recommended lube jobs at 100,000 miles.
Since.
19.
63.

Many to most modern vehicles don't even have a dipstick for the trans because no service or fluids are needed.

Due to ford's drive train warranty on your vehicle;
Does it seem sensible they would go with 150,000 miles if 150,000 wasn't the lowest miles they could justify as a liability blanket?

Picture is proof of antiquated old machinery and nonmodern lubricant requirements.

Do you have a link to the 30,000 recommendation in case I'm wrong?

Thanks Ducksface, one can always count on a quick response from you.

Do these vehicles come with a drive train warranty like cars/SUVs? I would rather not touch the transmission, it is incredibly good, climbed some steep mountains of the rockies, could not be happier with what this gasoline powered vehicle is delivering, bit noisy but cannot complain.

Ok. I have done that and noticed negligible difference. It was mostly done for cold weather insulation as the floor would be very cold when we wake up during fall/spring camping trips. Hood is covered, driver, passenger doors are covered. I went one step ahead. The raised rectangular area over the duallys is covered, end to end all the way (it was a PITA to get it done, especially wiping off all the dust with wet cloth). Under the RV right above the driveshaft they have a 2 ft wide metal sheet (heat shield?) that rattled a lot when tapping on it, I covered the plywood above it (another PITA) and also the metal sheet to prevent the metal clanging sound. May be a 10% improvement or the wife refuses to accept improvement. I am yet to cover the plywood around storage compartments. I used 8 mm think closed cell foam like material. Not this exact brand but lot like it, I got a great deal and snatched 20 rolls of it, each 20"x72".

You've asked two questions in this thread that were easily answered in your Ford Owners Manual.

BTW - there are vehicles manufactured these days that have no serviceable transmission filter nor any easy way to change the transmission fluid. My 2016 Sonic 6 speed auto was one.
